Service Agreement

Effective date: January 9, 2026

General Overview

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between PRO DTLR, LLC (“PRO DTLR,” “we,” “us”) and the individual or entity booking services (“Client,” “you”).

By booking a service or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

PRO DTLR provides professional mobile vehicle detailing services, including Maintenance Detailing, Deep Cleaning services, and optional add-on treatments as selected during booking or approved in person.

Maintenance Detailing includes a full deep interior clean at each visit and is designed to keep a vehicle in a consistently high, maintainable condition. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, usage, and upkeep between visits.

2. PRE-SERVICE INSPECTION & APPROVAL

Before service begins, a technician will perform a pre-service inspection to assess vehicle condition.

Optional add-on services may be recommended, including deep stain removal, paint enhancement, or interior protection.

No add-on services or upcharges will be performed without customer approval.
All recommendations and pricing will be clearly explained prior to service.

3. MEMBERSHIP TERMS, DISCOUNTS & COMMITMENT

Maintenance Memberships require a minimum three-service commitment and include the following per-service discounts:

- Monthly Membership: $100 off each service

- Bi-Monthly Membership: $80 off each service

- Quarterly Membership: $60 off each service

The price shown at booking reflects the discounted price per individual service, not the total cost of the full membership plan.

If a membership is canceled before completing the three-service commitment, the client agrees to repay only the discount applied to the first service.

Example:
If $100 was discounted on the first Monthly service and the plan is canceled early, only the $100 difference from that first visit will be charged back.

4. AUTOMATIC SCHEDULING & NOTIFICATIONS

Maintenance services are automatically scheduled by PRO DTLR to ensure consistency and availability.

PRO DTLR will make reasonable efforts to schedule services on requested days or days of the week; however, appointment days may vary due to routing, staffing, weather, or operational needs.

Clients will be notified of appointments and reminders via email and SMS message.

5. VEHICLE SWAP POLICY

Vehicle swaps are permitted under the following conditions:

- The vehicle must reside at the same residence

- No more than two cleanings may be completed before a swap occurs

- The vehicle must remain in a maintainable condition

If the swapped vehicle falls outside maintainable standards, a deep clean or additional charge may be required before continuing service.

6. INITIAL CONDITION & PLAN ELIGIBILITY

If a vehicle’s starting condition is outside the scope of maintainable service, a one-time deep clean or upcharge may be required prior to joining a Maintenance Membership.

- Determined in person upon inspection

- Typical charges range from $50–$100, more if applicable

- Client approval is required before service begins

7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

To protect reserved service time and routing, the following policy applies to all services and memberships:

More Than 48 Hours’ Notice

No fee

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty

24–48 Hours’ Notice

$99 cancellation fee

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show

Full service fee (up to $199)

Additional Notes

- Membership appointments follow the same policy

- Failure to provide access to an unlocked vehicle may be treated as a no-show

- Cancellation and no-show fees may be charged to the card on file

- Weather-related exceptions may apply at PRO DTLR’s discretion

8. ARRIVAL WINDOW & VEHICLE ACCESS

Technicians may arrive up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time due to traffic, weather, or job delays. SMS updates will be provided when en route.

You authorize PRO DTLR to access keys and safely move or reposition the vehicle as needed.


If service cannot begin upon arrival due to lack of access, cancellation or reschedule fees may apply.

9. FINAL INSPECTION & SERVICE CONCERNS

At the conclusion of service, results may be reviewed with the client when possible.

Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
Concerns raised after this period or refusal to complete a final inspection will not be addressed.

10. PAYMENTS & CARD ON FILE

- An invoice is issued after each service is completed

- Payments may be made via card or Apple Pay

- A valid debit or credit card is required to be kept on file

- If an invoice remains unpaid after 7 days, the card on file will be automatically charged

If a payment is declined:

- You agree to provide an alternative payment method promptly

- Services may be paused until payment is received

By booking, you authorize PRO DTLR to charge the card on file for cancellations, no-shows, or approved service extensions.
All sales are final.

11. UTILITIES & SAFETY

If customer-provided water or electrical outlets are used:

- Utilities must be safe and functional

- Known issues must be disclosed in advance

PRO DTLR is not responsible for delays, damages, or safety concerns resulting from undisclosed or unsafe utilities.

12. LIABILITY & DISCLOSURE

PRO DTLR is fully licensed and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, worn materials, cracked trim, or failing components.

Clients must disclose prior to service:

- Delicate or sensitive areas

- Items that should not be touched or moved

- Known mechanical or electrical issues

Failure to disclose releases PRO DTLR from responsibility for related issues.

13. MEDIA USE & GOVERNING LAW

By booking, you grant PRO DTLR permission to photograph or record your vehicle for training or marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

14. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By booking a service or enrolling in a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to approve services for the vehicle.
