Service Agreement

General Overview

The PRO DTLR provides professional mobile detailing services designed around fair, time-based scheduling, premium results, and long-term vehicle care. By booking a service or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Vehicle condition varies, and results may differ based on prior cleanliness, usage, and maintenance history.

Maintenance Detailing Services

Maintenance services are premium, time-based services intended to maintain a vehicle that is already in reasonably clean condition.

Service Scope

- Each maintenance appointment is completed within a fixed time window to ensure equality across all customers.

- Our focus is on keeping your vehicle clean, presentable, and manageable month to month.

- We address visible needs as efficiently and thoroughly as possible during your scheduled time.

Limitations

Maintenance services do not include:

- Heavy dog hair removal

- Stain removal

- Odor treatment

- Excessive sand, mud, or debris buildup

- Restoration-level interior work

These items may require a scheduled add-on or a Full (Deep) Detail.

For memberships, month-to-month service is not about perfection, but about maintaining a clean, manageable vehicle. Perfection is addressed progressively during scheduled deep cleans throughout the year.

Full (Deep) Detailing Services

Full Details (Deep Cleans) are comprehensive services designed to correct heavier conditions, including:

- Embedded pet hair

- Stains and spills

- Odors

- Heavily soiled or neglected vehicles

If you have a membership, your monthly membership fee is applied toward the deep clean pricing. After the service is completed, any remaining balance for add-ons or additional labor will be invoiced separately.

We offer a variety of add-ons that can be scheduled with your deep clean. These services will be scheduled for you, and we will remind you approximately one month prior to your deep service.

Discounted Deep Clean Requirements

For customers on discounted annual deep clean plans, the following maintenance service requirements apply:

4 deep cleans per year → At least 2 maintenance services must be completed first

3 deep cleans per year → At least 3 maintenance services must be completed first

2 deep cleans per year → At least 5 maintenance services must be completed first

These requirements ensure vehicle condition remains manageable and services can be completed effectively.

While we recommend starting with a Full (Deep) Detail, customers should choose the package that best fits their current needs.

Exterior Services & Seasonal Limitations

Exterior-only services and packages that include exterior detailing are seasonally limited due to temperature-sensitive chemicals and equipment.

- Exterior services are generally unavailable November through March

- Seasonal availability may vary year to year

- Memberships may start earlier or end later for exterior services depending on weather conditions

During winter months, we strongly recommend switching to interior-only packages to maintain your vehicle year-round.

Membership Responsibilities

To ensure efficient and safe service, members agree to the following:

- Vehicles must be accessible and unlocked at the scheduled appointment time

- If the vehicle will be located elsewhere, you must notify us as soon as possible at 208-973-7727 so we can adjust routing

- Delays caused by lack of access or location changes may result in shortened service time or no-show fees

Vehicle Condition & Upcharge Policy

At The PRO DTLR, we reserve the right to apply an upcharge based on your vehicle's condition. During inspection, your technician will assess whether additional time, labor, or materials are needed for heavily soiled vehicles and apply the appropriate upcharge of $35, $50, or $75.

For severe cases that exceed our standard service limits, the owner will provide a custom quote before beginning any work.

Please note that this policy covers general heavy soiling only. Additional services such as excessive pet hair removal, stain treatment, biohazard cleanup, and odor elimination are assessed and priced separately.

Results depend on your vehicle's prior condition, and we cannot guarantee perfect restoration on poorly maintained vehicles.

Pre-Service Inspection & Approval

Before any service begins, your technician will complete a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle to assess its overall condition and identify areas that may need additional care or attention.

During this inspection, the technician may recommend optional add-on services that would benefit the vehicle, such as deep stain removal, paint enhancement, or interior protection.

No additional services or upcharges will be performed without customer approval. All recommendations will be clearly explained before the service starts to ensure full transparency and avoid any unexpected charges.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To protect scheduling fairness and reserved service time, the following policy applies to all services and memberships:

More Than 48 Hours’ Notice

- No fee

- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty.

24–48 Hours’ Notice

- $99 cancellation fee

- Covers reserved time, routing, and preparation.

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show

- Full service fee (up to $199)

- Applies to same-day cancellations, late cancellations, or failure to provide access to the vehicle.

Additional Notes

- Membership appointments are subject to the same policy.

- Failure to provide access to an unlocked vehicle may be treated as a no-show.

- Cancellation fees may be charged to the card on file.

Arrival Window & Vehicle Access

Our technicians may arrive up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time due to traffic or job delays. You’ll receive text updates as we’re on the way.

We need access and keys to perform your service, and you authorize us to safely move or reposition your vehicle as needed. If we’re unable to begin the service upon arrival, cancellation or reschedule fees may apply.

Final Inspection & Service Concerns

At the end of your appointment, we’ll walk you through the results to confirm satisfaction.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Issues raised after that or refusal to complete a final inspection will not be addressed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately after service by card or cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid in full.

If you plan to leave during a mobile appointment, please check out with your technician before departing. By booking, you authorize PRO DTLR to charge the card on file for cancellations, no-shows, or approved service extensions. All sales are final.

Utilities & Safety

If customer-provided water or electrical outlets are used:

- Utilities must be safe and functional

- Customers agree to inform us of known issues beforehand

The PRO DTLR is not responsible for damages, delays, or safety concerns resulting from miscommunication or undisclosed utility issues.

Liability & Disclosure

The PRO DTLR is fully licensed and insured

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including scratches, worn materials, cracked trim, or failing components

Customers must inform technicians before service of:

- Delicate areas

- Items that should not be touched or moved

- Known mechanical or electrical issues

Failure to disclose this information releases The PRO DTLR from responsibility for related issues.

Media Use & Legal

By booking, you grant The PRO DTLR permission to photograph your vehicle for training or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

This agreement is governed by Idaho law. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to approve services for the vehicle. For questions, contact [email protected].

Agreement Acceptance

By booking a service or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
