When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for your vehicle. We turn away other clients to keep your spot available. Gift card and prepaid bookings follow the same policy.

By booking, you authorize PRO DTLR to charge your payment method according to this policy. This helps us manage our schedule and maintain fairness for all clients.
At PRO DTLR, we reserve the right to apply an upcharge based on your vehicle’s condition. Upon inspection, your technician will determine whether a $35, $50, or $75 upcharge applies to cover additional time, labor, or materials required for heavily soiled vehicles.
In severe cases where the vehicle’s condition exceeds standard service limits, the owner will provide a custom quote before any work begins.
This policy does not include other specific upcharges such as excessive dog hair, stain removal, biohazard cleanup, or odor treatment, which are assessed separately.
Before any service begins, your technician will complete a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle to assess its overall condition and identify areas that may need additional care or attention.
During this inspection, the technician may recommend optional add-on services that would benefit the vehicle, such as deep stain removal, paint enhancement, or interior protection.
No additional services or upcharges will be performed without customer approval. All recommendations will be clearly explained before the service starts to ensure full transparency and avoid any unexpected charges.
Our technicians may arrive up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time due to traffic or job delays. You’ll receive text updates as we’re on the way.
We need access and keys to perform your service, and you authorize us to safely move or reposition your vehicle as needed. If we’re unable to begin the service upon arrival, cancellation or reschedule fees may apply.
At the end of your appointment, we’ll walk you through the results to confirm satisfaction.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Issues raised after that or refusal to complete a final inspection will not be addressed.
Payment is due immediately after service by card or cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid in full.
If you plan to leave during a mobile appointment, please check out with your technician before departing. By booking, you authorize PRO DTLR to charge the card on file for cancellations, no-shows, or approved service extensions. All sales are final.
Before starting, we document visible pre-existing damage. If any issues arise during your service, you’ll be notified immediately.
PRO DTLR’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We’re not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.
By booking, you grant PRO DTLR permission to photograph your vehicle for training or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
