How do I book mobile car detailing?
You can book a car detailing appointment by calling or texting us at 208-516-1821, Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can also reach us through the contact form on this site. We typically schedule appointments within 48 hours.
Do you need water and power to service my vehicle?
No! We are completely 100% mobile so we bring everything all enclosed in our trucks!
Do I need to pay upfront to schedule a detail?
Not at all. We do not charge you until your car detailing appointment is successfully completed. Your satisfaction comes first, and we believe in fair and transparent billing.
Do I need to be present while you detail my vehicle?
Of course not. As long as your vehicle is unlocked, we will provide our standard 5-star auto detailing service. Ideally we would love to show you our work in person, but if you cannot be present, we will send you photos of your clean vehicle via text.
What areas do you serve?
While Rexburg is our home base, we proudly serve Ammon, Idaho Falls, Rigby, Sugar City, St. Anthony, Shelley, and surrounding Southeast Idaho communities. Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 25 mile radius from Rexburg.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 48 hours’ notice allows you to cancel or reschedule with no fee. If you cancel within 24 to 48 hours, a $99 fee will apply. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee, up to $197.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can text us anytime and our team will get back to you promptly during business hours.
How long does a mobile detail take?
It depends on the service and vehicle size. Most maintenance details take 1 to 2 hours. Full details or larger vehicles can take 3 to 5 hours. We always give you a time estimate before we begin.
How do you accept payment?
We accept cash, card, check, and Venmo. Whatever works best for you after your detail is complete.
