What if my vehicle is already really dirty?
That's common. PRO CARE is designed to maintain a vehicle that is already in a manageable condition, so if your vehicle needs extra attention first, we may recommend an initial reset or deeper cleaning before regular maintenance begins. Your technician will explain what is needed, why it's recommended, and the cost. Nothing extra is completed without your approval.
What if I don't need service every month?
PRO CARE offers three schedules: monthly, every 2 months, and every 3 months. We'll help you choose the one that matches how you use your vehicle.
Do I need to take my vehicle somewhere?
No. PRO DTLR is fully mobile. We bring the equipment, water, and power to your home or workplace.
Do I need to be home?
You don't have to be home as long as we have safe access to the vehicle and keys if the interior is being serviced. We confirm access details before every appointment and communicate when we arrive and when we finish.
What happens if weather prevents the exterior wash?
The exterior wash is included when weather permits. If conditions don't allow it safely, we complete your interior maintenance as scheduled and take care of the exterior at your next appointment or when weather allows. Scheduling is organized around routes, technician availability, and weather, so dates may occasionally shift.
Can I use PRO CARE for another vehicle?
Eligible memberships include a vehicle swap benefit that lets you apply your scheduled service time toward a second vehicle. The appointment length stays the same, the vehicle should be at the same residence whenever possible and in a maintainable condition, and swaps should be communicated before the appointment.
What if my vehicle gets especially dirty?
We'll tell you before we start. Excessive dirt, sand, pet hair, clutter, severe stains, odors, or heavy extraction may require additional time or specialty services. Your technician will explain the recommendation and cost, and nothing additional is completed without your approval.

No Contracts
PRO CARE is month-to-month. You are billed after each completed service, never upfront for future appointments.
Initial 3-Service Commitment
To receive the enrollment savings and membership benefits, members agree to complete a minimum of three scheduled services.
If You Cancel Early
If you cancel before completing those first three services, you simply repay the discount difference received on the services already completed. There are no additional cancellation fees.
Cancel Anytime After
After the first three services, PRO CARE continues month-to-month and you may cancel at any time. We ask for about one week of notice when possible.
